Pro - How to do Navigation Inline / Navigation Layered in header based on size of browser window

Hi, how do you switch off between a mobile menu and the Navigation Inline header element? My navigation doesn’t change to something more friendly to a small screen, and I didn’t see any settings to adjust this in the element itself
