Pro Features Not Appearing

Hello,

We have Pro and are trying to edit our Header. When we go into Launch, we do not have the many options that are supposed to be there (screen shot attached). We have Installed Version 5.2.5. Am I missing something?

That’s weird. Have you tried reinstalling Pro theme? If you have already did that can you please share website url, WordPress login and FTP credentials in a secure note for us to take a closer look?

While troubleshooting we may try bunch of combinations to resolve the problem. We need your approval for the same. Ofcourse, we will update you of the steps being taken.

Thanks for sharing website login details.

In order to use Pro Theme, you need to install the same. I see that you have installed X and activated X Child theme. https://cloudup.com/ckoWg8WIM5F

You can take a look at following article to convert from X to Pro theme.
