Pro Editor doesn't show the content that I have done after I save

Hi,

After I finish editing and saving the page. If i refresh my editor, the contents in the editor are gone and my section are squeezed. The website looks fine but the selection for the row and columns are gone. May I know why is this happening. Please look at the following image for a better understanding. The content of the grey section is gone after refreshing. But it is still appearing on the website but I am no longer able to edit the content.

Thanks for writing in!

Seems like you have entered a broken HTML tag onside the editor.
That means sometimes an arrow "<" ">" which is considered as a broken HTML by the editor.
Can you please check that if there is the similar thing please remove it.

As you can’t access the content now please make ut in skeleton mode.

If that doesn’t help please send us your website details so that we can have a look.

  • Link to the page/section where the issue exist
