Hello, I’ve been using X for a while but just made the transition to Pro. I was wondering if there was a way I can install a demo and build from there?

Thanks for writing in! For Pro Theme, there’s no regular Demo and expanded Demo available but there is an additional creative template pack available for use, called design cloud which you can see it from here (https://theme.co/designcloud/).
So in Pro, you have both stater pack and design cloud. Please check this for more details
