Pro - bug with anchor tags

Hi,

When you scroll down a bit on this page: https://www.kryo-france.com/
The menu will appear. You will see a menu item “Soins”.
This is an internal anchor link. If you click on it you get redirected to the right block when then, the page scrolls to the top.

Any idea why?

Hi there,

As I remember there was an issue regarding anchor links but ti was resolved in version 1.1.1 and you already use that version:

https://theme.co/changelog/#theme-pro-1-1-1

To make sure would you please kindly update the theme to version 1.2.0.

Then make sure you take the steps below:

  • Clear any kind of cache if you have cache plugins.
  • Deactivate all 3rd party plugins and see if it fixes the issue
  • Switch from the Child Theme to the parent theme and test the case
