Unsure if this is a bug, or just specific to my site at present.
Side border not showing in Cornerstone (but showing okay in live site). Border is for left side of right column. - Cornerstone screenshot below:

Sorry that you’re having this issue, yes this is a confirmed bug and it’s already in our issue tracker. Rest assured that our Dev Team will be dedicated to fixing all these remaining bugs next to the Template Manager Update.
