Preview not loading in cornerstone editor "The preview could not load due to misconfigured URLs"

I’m getting the error “The preview could not load due to misconfigured URLs”

the difference in my url comes from using and SSL certificate so we have the add :443 onto the end of our site address (URL).

How do i have it so the SSL is still in place without affecting the visual editor?

yes have done that but no avail
front end loads fine
but preview is still displaying error
see attached screenshots

Hi,

Please install this third party plugin - https://wordpress.org/plugins/better-search-replace/
Then do a search and replace.

That plugin will replace all occurrences of your old url with the new one in your database.

Don’t forget to create full backup of your site before doing this.

based on previous responces are i to replaece all instances of HTTP with HTTPS or append url with :443 ?

Hi,

Whatever is your old url, you have to replace with new one.

So if your old url is https://leslierugby.co.nz you need to replace it with https://leslierugby.co.nz:443

Search for https://leslierugby.co.nz
Replace with https://leslierugby.co.nz:443
