Preview in Cornerstone is completely different than published version

Hi there,

Just trying to compose some pages and we’re finding that a lot of the content (mainly body copy) is completely gone when viewing the site outside of Cornerstone. Also, certain information is showing incorrectly (ie, information beside map reads proper address, phone number and email address, but when viewing outside of Cornerstone, all 3 fields have the email address.).

The site is local currently but we are setting up a staging site. Hoping there is an easy explanation for this because we can’t use the theme as is.

EDIT: Problem seems to be happening with Classic Raw Content Elements but we’re also seeing colour discrepancies on headlines.

Thanks for writing in. Regretfully, we have no means to investigate a local site. Please upload your site to a staging server and give us WP Admin and FTP access in a Secure Note. For the meantime, please check or follow the common solutions below:

1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list at https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. See https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62 for more details.

2. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

3. Remove custom CSS, Javascript and templates.

4. Reset your htaccess file by renaming it to .htaccess-bak. Then in WP Admin Menu, go to Settings > Permalinks and just click the Save Changes button.

5. Contact your host to increase your allocated memory or do it yourself by adding this code in your wp-config.php
