How do i solve this problem?

Thanks in advance.

Hi @kumararran,

Please fix your SSL issue first. I am seeing this error:
Your connection is not private

After that, please try basic troubleshooting first. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If this is not cause by a plugin, please share wordpress credentials inside a secure note so we can check further. Thank you.

Thank you - we are in the process of installing wildcard SSL and will reach out after if the issue continues.

Great!
Our staff will be standing by.

Hey,

I have issued the wildcard SSL and still having the same error? Could you please help to resolve.

Thank you,

Hi @kumararran,

There might be several reasons you encounter the error. As you already addressed the SSL issue, I suggest that you follow the steps below:

  1. Test the case if it happens only on one specific page or all pages or even a new page that you create.
  2. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list here. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. Click here for more information.
  3. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
  4. Increase the PHP Memory Limit of your server. Click here for more detailed information and how to increase the PHP memory limit.

kindly get back to us with the result of the steps above and URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard using the Secure Note functionality of the post to follow up the case if you still have problems.

Thank you.

Hello Christopher

Thanks for your reply.

  1. All pages have been affected.
  2. All theme uploads and plugins are updated.
  3. The Plugin causing the issue is “Affiliate Royale MemberPress Edition”. What should i do now?
  4. PHP Memory Limit is 1TB

Please see Secure note

Hi @kumararran,

Thank you for the update.
At this point, unfortunately, you might need to consult the plugin developer that was causing the issue. The theme and cornerstoen builder are coded by wordpress standard. There are also many plugins out there. As much as we want to be compatible on everything, it is out of our control. Thank you for understanding.

Hello

Thank you for your reply.

All of these plugins were working fine and there was no issue with the site until i added the SSL wildcard. As soon as i added the SSL this error happened, i even removed it to check and the “cornerstone” builder allowed me to edit any page.

I know for certain it is not a plugin issue based on this.

Is it possible it is using http, not https?

Hey @kumararran,

To your question:

We’re sorry but we could not answer that. It’s only the plugin developer who will be able to so you will need to contact the developer of the conflicting plugin.

Thank you for understanding.
