Presenting table information in 2 * 3 box matrix

Hi there,

I want to present information in the table on this page (cfr. the part “applications of RPA” at the bottom of the page)

First I created a table but then I tried with 3 column text box layout.
Problem with the table is that it does not look good on mobile phone and is difficult to customize.

How can I ensure that the 3 columns layout with the blue borders at the bottom of the page have exactly the same height?
