Power Press Audio Player

Hello,

I am having some issues with the PowerPress audio players on my X-Theme site. You can see an example here.

I have reached out to the plugin makers and below is their response…

"It looks like you’re using the MediaElement.js player, which is the default media player that is built into WordPress. The developer of your theme may have added some custom CSS to the player to create the loading animation.

This site is also using the MediaElement.js player in its default configuration, and as you can see, the loading animation is different:

This kind of thing can be customized thru the player’s CSS files. If you’re unhappy with it, you should contact the theme developer for support."

Thanks for writing in! I checked your site and I see you’re using an outdated version of X with the latest version of Cornerstone. Always make sure to update both X and Cornerstone to the latest version to avoid such conflicts and potential errors. If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache, W3 Total Cache or Endurance cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

I thought it looked like an old one, but I wonder why I wasn’t promoted to update?

The site still showed that I had no pending updates.
