Posts Not Showing in Pro Content

I’m using Pro, and am trying to use the content area to create/edit blog posts. (https://www.news.clearviewlibrary.org/) When I go into the content area I’m only seeing my pages. I saw this article: https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/with-wp-5-0-i-cannot-make-posts-with-pro/49591/2 and I’ve gone through many of the items:

  1. Everything is up to date, theme and plugins etc.
  2. Cleared the Style Cache
  3. I don’t think I’m using a CDN of any sort.
  4. I deactivated all my plugins, and that didn’t change anything.
  5. I haven’t started styling and CSS of Javascript.
    I think I’m running PHP 7.2.

Before I start trying to change the htaccess and the PHP execution time and memory limits, I was wondering if you could take a look and see if there’s something obvious I’m missing.

Thanks,
Brad

Hi Brad,

Thanks for reaching out.

I’m not sure if I understand the issue correctly, would you mind clarifying what’s the content area? Is it the builder’s content area like this?

If yes, then I can’t confirm the issue. All I can see from your site is you only have one blog post so it’s only normal to see the pages, mostly.

And if you haven’t allowed or permitted post editing yet, then please go to Admin > X or Pro > Settings > Permissions and make sure Post is allowed.

Then test it again, else, please provide your admin login credentials in the secure note so we could confirm the issue you’re getting. And yes, please increase execution time and memory limit to make sure it’s not related to it.

Thanks!

The permissions setting worked. I tried that, but must not have saved it before.

Thank you,
Brad

Hi Brad,

You can read more about the Permissions Manager here:

Hope this helps.
