Posts are gone in backend

I had some posts which I included via shortcode in the content to build a custom grid with columns. In the frontend all is still fine, but I can’t edit the posts. There are no more posts anyway. All permissions are set to on.

Please have a look and help.

Thank you in advance.

Hello Stephen,

Thanks for writing in!

Please try out following solutions and let us know the outcome:

  1. I see you are using WP Fastest Cache plugin. Please try clearing the cache and load the post again.
  2. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
  3. Increase the PHP Memory Limit of your server. Click here for more detailed information and how to increase the PHP memory limit.

If you still have problems kindly get back to us with the result of the steps above and URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard using the Secure Note functionality of the post to follow up the case.

Thank you.

Found the posts in the database and gave them post-type: post. Now I got them back again. They had the post-type_ essential_grid. Strange, don’t know why.

Hey @sStiwano,

We are just glad that you have figured it out a way to correct the said issue.
Thanks for letting us know!

Best Regards.
