Hi,

I checked and can see that it is not working.

Can you try testing for plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Hi Paul I tried to deactivate all plugins and now my site is completely broken, can you please fix this for me?

Also I couldn’t see the thumbnails of my portfolio even after deactivating the plugins.

I can see your website is up right now and looking just fine, we will need FTP login details in Secure Note as well to investigate this issue, and please confirm that you took a full backup of your website, just in case something wrong happened.

yeah I just resolved that issue.

But still I’m not able to get the portfolio items.

I haven’t backed up anything. please give me a moment here to do that,.

i downloaded the database backup, you can go ahead.

make sure you backup files you edit.

I have logged in to your ftp and it is empty.

Please double check the access. Make sure that it points to the correct WP installation directory so that we can investigate the files or even upload the updated files.

Meanwhile, you might need to update the theme files manually. There might be some corrupted files which may have caused this issue. Hi can you please try again. I just gave you access to the public HTML folder. The site is in public HTML but make sure not to hurt any other websites in there.

Hi @imajo,

The cause of this issue is your custom CSS, please remove this

.page .entry-featured {
    display: none;
}

It hides the item in your portfolio page.
