Why was my support ticket removed from search results and the recent post list?
I still haven’t gotten a solution to my problem.
Please assist.

As a reminder we state in our “how to get support” (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/how-to-get-support) that we determine at our discretion which threads remain public and the purpose of the forum is so people can search posts we leave public.
I’ll take a look at your other thread now and see what’s happening.
