Portfolio into Page called Projects

Simple question here: I created a test Portfolio item and it looks good but I would like it to show up at the top under a Page called Projects that you can see is in the top menu? How to do this? Also I am looking for someone to hire to finish a few small items for me. Thx! redphive AT live DOT com
