Hello,

I installed the email forms plugin but it is not be able to activate. When I click Actviate, it shown

“Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in XXXXXXXXXXXXXX/wp-content/plugins/tco-email-forms/email-mailchimp/functions/provider.php on line 136”

How can I get ride of it please?

Hey @percyk,

Please try uninstalling the plugin then install again via Pro > Overview. If that doesn’t help, please give us WP Admin and FTP access in a Secure Note.

Hi,

I can’t replicate this error on my test sites.

Can you try deactivating third party plugins before installing it.

I tried deactivated all plugins then reinstall the email forms. It still shown the error and failed to activate.

In that case, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? Please provide following information:

Set it as Secure Note

  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password
  • FTP credentials
