Plugin Conflict between LayerSlider & EssentialGrid

Hi,

I have both LayerSlider (6.7.6) & EssentialGrid (2.2.5) on my website
But I had to desactivate EssentialGrid because it doesn’t work if I have layer slider.

I work on PRO 2.1.6

Any idea about this issue ?

Thanks for writing in!
There is no such issue when both the plugin activated. I believe there is other plugin which may causing the issue.
Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Hi,

Thank you for the answer,

I just tried to desactivate ALL the plugins
Then I activate only LAYERSLIDER & ESSGRID
And… It doesn’t worked. Same Problem.
And it was the only two plugins activated on the site.

Maybe it is a problem with XPRO ?

I could not locate any related reports on our issue tracker. Could you please check your PHP version running on your server and make sure to update it to PHP v5.6.x or later to avoid any incompatibility issues.

Also if you’re running out allocated memory, please follow this guide to increase your memory limit (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-increasing-php-memory-limit/16935).
