Cornerstone is updating on front end of computer but not phone.

Thanks for writing in! This issue usually happens when you import a demo content and edit some of the sections. You ended up having to check the section just for the desktop and haven’t changed or remove the sections that are only visible for smaller screen sizes. Please edit your page back in Cornerstone and make sure that all your sections are visible in all screen sizes. You can disable this and make it visible by checking out the “Hide During Breakpoint” option in the section settings. You are most probably editing for the desktop mode only and you won’t be able to see those hidden section. You can always use the skeleton mode when editing for faster response and easy access of all the elements in the preview area. This is also helpful especially if one of the sections or elements is not visible or hidden in selected screen size or you may have applied visibility options to a section of element. When you see those hidden sections, please remove it.
