PayPalPlus seem to have an X problem

Hi,
in Woocommerce I had installed the PayPalPlus plugin, to combine all possible Payments.
While using the older PayPal and other payment options, at the checkout page, below the paymnet options there is first the sentence with a checkbox:

  • I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions
  • and below that the button: Place Order.
    After installing the PayPalPlus plugin, both items have disappeared, so, that an order cannot be completed.
    Of course I have first contacted the support for the plugin at Wordpress.org. The answer was, that it concerns a setting in my Theme (X, Version 6.4.2) which should cause the problem.
    What is it in X that could cause this and how can I solve it?

Ah… no, because it is a real running shop, I reverted to the old situation. Please have another look, I now changed it again temporary to PayPalPlus.

I checked the page added products into cart. I can confirm the issue that’s mentioned in the ticket. Further inspecting the page in dev tools I see that it’s a case of plugin conflict. In X Theme there is no such settings that plugin developer has reported. One option is to have a word with the developer and ask for some more information to help you with the problem you are facing. As it’s a 3rd party plugin, we have very limited control on the functioning of the plugin.
