The Parallax Effect on this page near to the bottom lags behind. Maybe someone knows why? I am using WPBakery Pagebuilder

I am not sure why this is happening. You will need to get back to us with the URL/User/Pass of your website using the Secure Note and tell us how you set the Parallax functionality in the Visual Composer.
Meanwhile, I suggest that you update the Cornerstone plugin to 2.1.7 although you are not using it. Also, make sure that you use our version of the Visual Composer by going to X > Overview page and installing the Visual Composer version 5.4.5.
