Pages with EDD Downloads cannot be edited with PRO?

Hello,

I can edit all the pages with PRO editor - they all have the option “Edit with PRO”.

But the pages for the EDD Downloads (Easy Digital Downloads) cannot be edited with pro - the option “Edit with PRO” is not there…

Any solution for this?

Hey @FON,

If the EDD Downloads page a custom post type? If so, please ensure you allow the Content Builder to edit the post type in Pro > Settings > Permissions.

If the page template of the EDD Downloads page does not have a content area, it cannot be edited in Pro.

Yes, it has a text area, so why we cannot use the PRO builder with EDD Download pages?

It is not compatible with Easy Digital Downloads plugin?

In that case, is Woocommerce compatible?

Hello @FON,

Please understand that the builder work inside the page/post content description only. If EDD has a content description, you can use the builder. It just that you cannot edit the whole EDD download pages if it dynamically displays contents. On the area where the content description goes.
