Page content not showing in Pro editor with 1.2.1

Hello,

We’re having an issue where we see the content of a page using our browser, however when we try to edit it using Pro, it doesn’t show anything. We can see using the outline view (see screenshots attached) that the content is there in the page. In fact, if I move sections in the outline view and I save, it does reflect properly on the webpage on the browser.

Also, I don’t know if it is related, but in the Templates -> Fonts, I created a Default entry. However, sometimes there is a duplicate of the Default entry happening… I’m not sure it is intended. Thanks ! I added a Secure Notes for you.

I’m having the exact same issue and am scouring these forums to find the solution.

I just found the culprit in my case.

Deactivating this plugin fixed it:
Text Blocks
https://wordpress.org/plugins/reusable-text-blocks/

I use this plugin heavily throughout this site, so that is my next problem.

Sadly I’m not using that plugin on my side. However, I’m quite happy for you!

The quickest way to see if it is a plugin conflict, go to your Plugins page and tick the box next to “Plugin” to select them all and then from the dropdown select Deactivate and then apply. Reload page in Cornerstone view to see if it made a difference. If it did, then you just have to figure out which plugin is the problem.

I tested as you proposed: I still have the issue. I also updated to 1.2.2 and I keep having the same problem. :frowning: This is bad as I can’t edit these pages anymore…

Anyone from support can look at that issue ?

@mgregoirelds I’ve updated your site to 1.2.3 which resolved another bug uncovered today.

I’ve also identified the issue making your page un-editable and I’ve repaired the page. It’s a bug that happens if you delete a global color that is assigned to a section background. I set your first section background to “transparent” and now the page is accessible again. We’ll look into what we can do to address that bug so it doesn’t reoccur.

Thanks a lot! This is really great!

You are most welcome!

I am currently having the exact same problem and it seems as if it is a conflict that is directly related to the Give - Donation Plugin. Any suggestions on how to best fix this issue?

Hi there,

What does the plugin do? If it’s generating some javascript that the builder is unable to capture and it will not really work. Have you tried contacting the plugin author for cornerstone integration?

Thanks!
