Page Attributes Box missing on my X Pro and X versions

Hello

I hope you are doing great.
I have just noticed that on my both Themes X Pro and X regular “Page Attributes” box is missing. I did check under “Screen Option” and “Page Attribute” box is not there so I cannot click it to activate it. What should I do? How do I activate it? I am not a coder or programmer I can make few small changes with proper instructions through.

Thanks for writing in! I see that you have few site URLs. First of all, go through our version information guide here (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195) and make sure that you’re fully updated. You can also check our update guide here (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62).

If you’re still having issues, try disabling your 3rd party plugins temporarily and and test your issue again.

If you’re using a child theme, try switching to your parent X theme and test your issue.

I am running the most up to date everything I don’t use many plugins but I did what you asked me and it didn’t work. I am not using child theme.
