Online Navigation ("Hamburger Menu") not Functioning

Hi,

When I am on mobile the navigation switches to a hamburger menu for our site. However, when I click on the menu nothing happens. A dropdown menu should appear, but it doesn’t. The menu turns blue for a second, indicating the screen has received the input, but no menu appears.

I am on Android, but the menu even fails to work when I am simulate the menu by switching to the mobile-view of any page in Customize. In that mode as well, I can highlight the menu by hovering on it, but when I click on it nothing happens.

What steps should I take to remedy this? Also, I am assuming this hamburger menu is part of the X Theme’s responsive variation of the theme, also please let me know if that’s not the case.

Thanks for writing in! The most probable cause would be that either you’re using older version of X theme or Cornerstone plugin. You need to make sure that you’re fully updated.
