Is onepage navigation available for custom Pro headers?
I’ve tried fixed left menu bar with menu that I’ve set as onepage nav as per this article https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/features-how-to-setup-one-page-navigation/96
But none of the menu items get marked as .current-page-item or any specific active class that is.

Unfortunately, one page navigation feature is not available yet in PRO. The link you have shared is only applicable for legacy headers. There’s an open request for this. We will let you know once this is available.
