One page navigation scroll below and content dock not properly working

Hi,

My (1) one-page-navigation menu is not working, (2) the arrow on the slider to go below is also not working, and (3) the content dock always shows up first thing even when I put it to like 90% of the site.

If I’m not mistaken, the theme is on its latest version as well as cornerstone.

Hi,

Please try the following and let me know how it goes:

  1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list here. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. Click here for more information.
  2. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.
  3. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
  4. Remove custom CSS and Javascript from the options or Child Theme and test the case.

If none of these helped, then please provide us with WordPress Dashboard login details in a “Secure Note” so we can investigate this issue.

Hi,

  1. Everythng is up to date
  2. I have purged all cache
  3. Tested the plugins; and I haven’t added any plugin yet other than the built-in plugins
  4. I have removed css or javascript everywhere
