Numbers in the bottom of footer

Hi,

We have a set of numbers that are in the bottom of the footer. I cant see anything in the pro header that would have this shown.

What would cause this?

I checked the website and can see numbers showing up in footer. Please do following:

  1. I see that you are using Pro Child theme. To make sure that the issue is not coming up because of customizations added in child theme, I suggest you to activate parent theme. If the problem is solved then the issue is coming because of changes made in child theme.
  2. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If you still have problems kindly get back to us with the result of the steps above and URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard using the Secure Note functionality of the post to follow up the case.

There’s not another way of figuring out why this is happening. We didnt add any other plug ins. And the page was fine last week.

Hello,

I checked all the plugins and they were fine but when I reverted to the Pro theme instead of the pro child theme, the numbers were gone. How can i find out where the issues lies in the pro child theme?

Hello Ali,

Thanks for updating the thread.

You would need to backtrack the changes that were made by deleting the codes as they were added. If the codes are added only in child theme function.php file then from Appearance > Theme Editor select function.php from right column.
