Not updating after saving

I’m using agency demo as a template but when I try to customise fonts, navigation bar as transparent (Uber Menu) and so on the settings are not saving. Can you please help?

Hi There,

Let’s try some troubleshooting steps first:

  1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list at https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. See https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62 for more details.

  2. Clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugins and other optimization plugins.

  3. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.

  4. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

  5. Remove custom CSS, Javascript and templates.

If after that steps the issue persist, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? Please provide following information:

Set it as Secure Note

  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password
  • Screenshot of what you want to achieve with notes

All the best!

I have tried everything you mentioned and nothing is saving when editing with https://lascosclinic.com.au/wp-admin/customize.php?url=https%3A%2F%2Flascosclinic.com.au%2F

Hi There,

I confirm the issue and I will forward it to our developers.

In the meanwhile, to edit your theme settings, you can go to X > Launch > Theme Options

To adjust Ubermenu color settings > hover > ubermenu on top admin bar > uber menu control panel > general settings.

Hope it helps

Do you know how long it will take for your developers to fix the issue as editing via the way you mentioned doesn’t have all the options such as additional fonts and so on?

Hi There,

After investigating, I found out that what was causing the issue was a setting loading the google maps api on your Ubermenu settings.

I have turned off and your customizer seems to be working normally now.

Please take a look.

Thank you

Thank you for fixing the problem. Everything seems to be working now. :grinning:

You’re welcome.
