Not Mobile Responsive

Hello! I noticed that my website is not responsive on mobile devices (480px or smaller), as shown here: http://u0r.c9f.myftpupload.com/x/#/options

As you can see, when viewed on a mobile device, suddenly there is a margin between each row, resulting in a break between each section. Is there a way to get rid of that margin? I want it to appear on mobile devices just as it does on any other device. Thank you.

The spacing is coming because of the padding that’s applied on section. Please adjust the padding to fix the layout issue on mobile devices.

I already have the padding and margins set to zero for all of the rows, but it is still showing up like this on mobile: http://u0r.c9f.myftpupload.com/wp-admin/customize.php?url=http%3A%2F%2Fu0r.c9f.myftpupload.com%2F
