No video on product page

Hi,

Everything was working fine, but suddenly, recently the video that I add using PRO builder to my product pages, are not being displayed.

When its Player, it shows an empty square, and when its embed, it shows the link of youtube video inside the square.

Although, when I’m editing the product page using the PRO builder, it shows the video just fine. But when I save and want to check the result, I see nothing.

Any idea about this, please?

Hi There,

Thank you for writing in, if you use a YouTube video please use the video embed, then instead of the video URL, use the Embed Video Code instead.



If the issue persists, please provide us the site URL and login credentials (wp-admin and FTP) in a Secure note so we can take a closer look.
