No <title> tag showing up on the front end

I have added a tag to the media library on upload in the “title” section of visual composer but when I inspect the front end I see only the tag…

Is there any way I can get it to display the title tag?

OK… So on the back end in visual composer when I input the image title in the section “title”

I would add an image of the back end but apparently I am only allowed to add 1 image…

But then when I inspect the front end - there is no TITLE tag - only an ALT tag:

I’ve replicated this issue in my test site so this is a bug. I’ll forward this to our development team. For now, we have no solution to this. Please stay tuned for updates.

It works for the tooltip or popover as intended though.
