No plugin-update possible

Hi there,

yesterday I´ve updated to the current WP version which caused some issues regarding plugins, especially slider revolution doesn´t work anymore and I was supposed to delete it. I can´t re-install within theme x interface as well. It says “there is no package”.

There is no update possible for theme x itself either

Cornerstone Version 1.2.4
WPBakery Visual Composer Version 4.11.2.1

My details:

Installed Version
4.4.2 CHANGELOG
Latest Version Available
6.4.6 CHANGELOG
Checked Every 12 Hours
Nothing to report.

The auto-update doesn´t seem to work properly. It says “nothing to report”

What can I do?

Hi Daniel,

Your theme version is too old and the automatic update for that version no longer works.

You need to update manually using FTP.

aah… got it. Okay… Can I still use the child theme or would I need to replace that as well?

Hi Daniel,

You can just leave the child theme as is. You just need to update the theme and Cornerstone to the latest version.
