No Option for parallax

I am trying to use a background image with parallax effect but I am not seeing that option anywere in cornerstone.

There’s no “Advanced” tab or anything that says parallax or even background image.

Kinda confused here because i’ve used this effect before

When I inspect my section, this is all I see.

Why is that?

Looks like Advanced Mode is disabled on your website. Please activate Advanced Mode under X > Settings > Permission > User Preference.
