No field in Appearance / Customize to add favicon

Hi, I’m trying to add a favicon and have browsed through a number of support entries but can’t find the appropriate one, so I’m hoping you can help me!

When I click Appearance / Customize in Wordpress, I see only the below, with no field for adding URL to media library (with favicon) nor space to upload a favicon.

Am I in the right place? Please help?

Thanks for asking. :slight_smile:

Please don’t use Customizer to setup X Theme. X has got it’s own theme options panel, please use that. You can upload favicon from X > Theme Options > Site Icons.

Thank you so much for your reply!

I feel very dim, but how do I get to X > Theme Options? Do I go into Cornerstone? Through Wordpress?

I’m on version 4.1.1 of the X theme, is that an issue for finding this?

You are using quite an old version of X Theme (4.1.1). Kindly update X Theme to latest version 6.0.4 and Cornerstone version 3.0.4. You can refer our theme and plugin update guide for relevant instructions:
