No favicon option

I followed the chain as suggested in other posts:

Apperance > Customize > …

But then it says; ‘Customize Pro in Theme Options’.

And there is no option for Site identity or Site icon or Favicon.

You can change or add Favicon from Appearance > Customize > Site Identity > Site Icon. Regarding the message and you don’t see option for Site Identity, please try out following solutions:

1. I see that on the website you are using Pro version 2.2.4. Please update Pro to the latest version 2.4.0. You can follow our theme update guide. https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62
2. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
3. Increase the PHP Memory Limit of your server. Click here for more detailed information and how to increase the PHP memory limit.
