I want to place a client grid made with the New Smart Logo plugin. I’ve tried placing the shortcode in a Classic Raw Element as well as a Text Element to no avail. Please help

Did you try with the Grid or Essential Grid plugin instead?
Since we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.

Ok, I tried to add the Clients Grid Phillie from Essential Grid. None of my logos would show in preview mode or on the site when published live. I’m looking to create a grid similar to the one shown below.

Did you import the EG demos? If so, please give us access to your WordPress admin in a Secure Note so we could investigate why your images does not show.

I can’t find what’s causing that issue from your existing grid. But I did create a sample grid with the custom source with added image and it works just fine. There are no special settings, I just added an alias, custom source, and add image.

This did not create the grid looking the way I’d like. I want the grid to look exactly like the one in the demo (shown below). Also, is there any way to create the grid to have the logos showing, but no pop up background picture upon clicking? I’d rather a click on the logo link out to the client’s website.

But does the logos display this time? Or do you wish to create logos almost the same with the demo? It works on all grid that we created, maybe the question is which logo? Would you mind providing a video recording of how you’re doing and seeing it?
Or is it displaying now just different layout? Please provide the exact URL of the sample with this issue.
