Need Themeco to respond. Can't validate license key. Have posted and gotten no responses

We purchase many copies of X Theme Cornerstone.
We purchased this license ending in eda56aba82f8 on Apr 28, 2016 for our client:

Dev site is: https://dev-igc-new.pantheonsite.io
Test is: https://test-igc-new.pantheonsite.io

It says this key is already validated, but I can’t see it in our licenses.

Every time we need to update the theme for this project we cannot. Please make this thread PRIVATE and help us. We’ve posted before and no one responds. We will have to stop purchasing your products if you can’t help out.

Hi there,

To get an email when one of the staff gets back to you, you need to go to your user settings in the themeco apex website and enable the email notifications.

If not you need to check this page periodically.
