Need help aligning submenu

Can you help me get this submenu’s z-axis over the logo, and also, need it to align to the base of the navigation bar. Thank you in advance!

Thanks for writing in!

To resolve your issue, please edit your custom header. Make sure that the z-index of the first bar is greater than the z-index of the bar containing the logo.

The default z-index of the bar is 9999. You need to change the z-index of the bar containing the logo to at least 9998 or less.

Great. Next question, How do I make those links in the sub navigation jump to the sections in the page?

Right now I have the URLS set to:

You need to apply those IDs (oldsmar, tarpon, stpete) to there corresponding sections on that /live-entertainment-2/ page.
