Navigation Collapsed Issue

I have tested this on two mobile devices and a slim desktop browser window. I have cleared the cache on all of these.

The navigation collapsed button won’t exit. The button disappeared on mobile, and the page freaks out when hovering over the button on desktop. Please help.

Thanks for asking and apologies for the problems you are facing with Collapsed Navigation element.

I can see that upon returning from responsive mode collapse navigation element won’t hide away based based on the view port and there is a flickering effect going on while hovering on those elements. I can see that you are running latest version of Pro Theme on the website.

For now, please try out following solutions:

1. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

• Make sure that you’re running at least PHP v5.6.x or later to avoid any WordPress related incompatibility issues. If you’re not sure what your server configurations and settings are, install a plugin like WP-Serverinfo (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-serverinfo/) and check your server info by head over to Dashboard -> WP Serverinfo area.

1. Remove custom CSS and Javascript from the options or Child Theme and test the case.

If you still have problems kindly get back to us with the result of the steps above and URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard using the Secure Note functionality of the post to follow up the case. Also please give us to the permission to troubleshoot the problem? We may have to perform some tests on the website which may effect the performance, appearance, layout and functioning of website temporarily.
