At time of check-out I was give an opportunity to upgrade to Pro.
I did upgrade.
The article with my link instructs me on how to complete the upgrade which requires me to click Go Pro Free Button.
My account does not have this Go Pro Free button - even though I already paid.
Please help

Thanks for asking. 
Option for Free upgrade is available to users having X Theme licence prior to Pro Theme launch date.
Having said that I checked your profile and can see that you already have converted to Pro Theme. Can you please confirm?
After converting to Pro Theme, you need to download Pro Theme package from members area and then upload the same from Appearance > Themes > Add New. More information in following article:
