All of the sudden my website looks off! The buttons are all not showing up on any of the pages (there’s no text on the buttons anymore) and some pages do no longer have background images on them.

We’ve seen some cases of either Cornerstone or X being updated, but not both. Please make sure you’re using the latest version of X and Cornerstone.

All of the plugins available are updated, not sure how else to update it. How do I know if it’s the right version I’m using?

You have updated it the Cornerstone to the latest version which is 4.0.4 while you left X at version 6.5.5.
These versions are not compatible which causes some issues on the site so kindly update X as well.
You can update it in your dashboard the same way how you updated Cornerstone:
