My status in Woocoomerce has an alert that: The MaxMind GeoIP Database does not exist, which means that Geolocation will not function. How do I resolve this please?

I am using Theme X, and currently have two issues with Woocommerce that require support in fixing. The first issue is an alert that states: The MaxMind GeoIP Database does not exist, which means that Geolocation will not function. How do I resolve this please?
The second issue is similar to other users in the forum, outdated Templates in WooCommerce regardless of the recent Woocommerce update to 3.1.1; x/woocommerce/cart/cart-empty.php version 2.0.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.1.0. As advised I will await the X Theme update if this is still the current advice.

Please update theme and woocommerce and other plugins. That will fixed the template issue because compatiblity to Woocommerce 3.1.0 was already added on the latest version. You may check the following links:
