My Sites are displaying weird

Hey there.

Having issues with the display of my sites.

I have 6 sites in total. 5 haven’t had any attention in the last 6 months.

I just went and looked at all of them and the headers and settings seem to have automatically changed.

The site headers are all supposed to look like this: https://getcourse.com.au/

And the theme options are supposed to have orange buttons.

All the buttons on my other sites have turned red and the headers have blow completely out of proportion.

Is there some sort of update I need to perform to get it all looking normal again? Please bear in mind I don’t have a lot of technical skills so an easy way of fixing this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Thom,

Thank you for writing in, did you update your PHP version to 7.3 recently? or your hosting did it? You have the same issue mentioned here.

To resolve this, you can either update your X theme and Cornerstone to the latest version (7.0.4 & 4.0.4) respectively. Or you can contact your hosting support on how you can downgrade your PHP version back to PHP7.1 or PHP7.2.

I also notice that your sites are under Cloudflare, please Purge your Cloudflare caching after you made the updates/changes so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
