Hi @TrevH,

Thanks for reaching out.

We have no access to any site and we don’t have department that does such fixes. The issue is you have custom code in child theme’s functions.php that causing that issue and you must remove that code to fix it.

I checked and it appears you have deleted all the files already, I recommend installing a fresh copy of x child instead.

Thanks!

Rad I am not sure how to install the X Child Theme?

Rad,
I will see if a staff member will show me how to install is again.
Thanks.
TH.

Hi @TrevH,

We’ve a very detailed article on setting up a child theme that you can follow here https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-how-to-setup-child-themes/57

Before installing the Child Theme, do the following first:

  • Navigate to Appearance > Themes and switch to parent X theme.

  • Backup your customization from your Child Theme and delete it by clicking on the Theme Details and then click on Delete button:

Now you can install the fresh copy of X child theme and activate it. Hope this helps!

Ok Thanks Nabeel.

You are most welcome!
