Hi Support my homepage just completely vanished and when I go into edit my homepage through cornerstone my page is there but wont save any content at all when I try to edit please help!

Thanks for asking. 
From your account I opened the website url that’s attached (link in secure note). I see that you have updated Cornerstone but still using old version of X Theme. Please update X Theme to the latest version and see how it goes. We now have X Theme version 6.2.1 and Cornerstone version 3.2.1.
To update Cornerstone and X Theme please take a look at following resources:

In case, updating to latest version of X Theme does not solves the home page issue then please try out following solutions:
- Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
- Increase the PHP Memory Limit of your server. Click here for more detailed information and how to increase the PHP memory limit.

Hi and thanks for the reply . so i updates the theme and then went into cornerstone and this is the message im getting and it wont load the preview on the left and still wont save anything everytime I try see below
The preview was unresponsive after loading. This is most often related to a plugin conflict or aggressive page cacheing.

now the preview did load up this time but cornerstone wont save thats the big issue. BTW I tried to create and change my revolution slider for the homepage (which Ive done before with no issue) and thats when this problem started just incase that info helps.

It’s the non-existent slider that is causing the blank page. I discovered that when I saved your home page as a template and loaded it to a test page (see secure note). The problem is, your home page can’t be saved. Would you mind giving us FTP access so we could investigate deeper?

Yes, I can see the cpanel access inside the secure note. Unfortunately, credentials is not working. It says the login is invalid when I tried to login. Please double check.
hi i dont understand i just created that login for you as per the blue host people and now its saying invalid for me also. This really stinks because my homepage is down and I need it fixed. can you please go into my wordpress with the crudentials I gave earlier and just delte all that stuff that isnt working because of something with the revolution slider and then I can just create a new homepage. This is a real problem

I have logged in and investigated your site. This is what happened:

In your homepage, you have added a slider and assigned “420”: http://prntscr.com/k88pf7
The problem is that you may have deleted 420 slider in your Revolution Slider panel which resulted to a fatal error and it no longer displays the rest of your page. To display your homepage, I have temporarily created a new home anduse it as your homepage. In this new home, I have assigned “CBD Oil promo” as your slider. You can edit your this page again and assign a correct slider or create a new slider, edit the homepage and then assign it the newly created slider.
