My Demo Content won't load and I've tried everything

Hi,

I have been trying to load the Church Demo and have even got my website host to do the following steps from https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/we-re-sorry-the-demo-failed-to-finish-importing/15881 but this hasn’t worked either.

Please help!

Hey Aaron,

I’d just like to confirm. Have you followed the suggestion by Rad also? If yes, the issue could be different. In that case, please give us the following in a Secure Note so we could take a closer look:

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin Level Username and Password
• FTP Server, Username and Password.
