My custom sidebar does not show in Registered sidebars for widget area in cornerstone

My custom sidebar does not show in Registered sidebars for widget area in cornerstone.

I have created a sidebar in Appearance -> Sidebars.

And added content to it in Appearance -> Widgets.

But I still cannot choose it. I’ve tried clearing my cache and refreshing the page. What am I missing?

Hi There,

Thank you for writing in, I did try to replicate the issue on my end, but nope I was not able to.

Please confirm that you have the latest version of X and Cornerstone or Pro. You can refer for the latest versions here.

And please do a testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
