Multisite (subdomain) build, domain mapping, Cornerstone and Theme Options fail to load

Per previous support conversations, I have a site (https://trucosmeticsdev.pw) where Cornerstone and Theme Options will not load. I get the error:

“The preview could not load. This is most often related to a plugin conflict or aggressive page cacheing. Checking the developer console for errors could indicate what went wrong.”

Dev console error only shows an unhelpful ‘Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)’ referencing the root URL

I’ve already tried shutting off all 3rd party plugins, and the server is returning no errors.
