Is it possible to have a top header with a side header underneath it like in this article:
I’m able to create both the top and side header, but the side header pushes the top header to the side instead of remaining underneath.

Unfortunately, that is not possible with the Header Builder. This is something we can add to our list of feature requests. This way it can be taken into consideration for future development. All of these items are discussed with our team internally and prioritized based on the amount of interest a particular feature might receive.
